Disclaimer and Terms of Submission for Print Orders

By submitting images for print through this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Image Quality and Rejection Policy: We strive to maintain a high standard of print quality. Therefore, submitted images are subject to quality review. Images that do not meet our quality standards, especially in relation to the requested print size, will be rejected. We recommend submitting high-resolution images to ensure optimal print quality. The suitability of image quality in relation to the chosen print size is at our discretion.
Border Specification: If you opt to include a border in your print, our default border size is 1/4 inch. Should you desire a different border size, you must specify this in the 'Special Instructions' field of the submission form. In the absence of specific border size instructions, we will proceed with the default 1/4 inch border.
Professional Alterations by Posada Printing: Any professional alterations made by Posada Printing, including but not limited to image resizing, recoloring, or quality enhancement, will incur an additional charge. These charges will be clearly communicated and require your approval before any work is done.
Billing and Payment Process: Upon submission of this form, an invoice will be generated and sent to the email address provided. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly. You can expect to receive your bill within 48 hours of form submission. Prompt payment in accordance with the terms stated in the invoice is appreciated to ensure timely processing of your order.
Agreement to Terms: Checking the box below and submitting this form signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions. It is important that you understand and accept these terms before proceeding with your submission. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
